FAQ

When will I receive my reading?

All general readings are sent within 1-7 business days. Question readings are sent within 3 business days. Business days do not include weekends. Any scheduled services (for example, live calls) will be received during the scheduled timeframe.

How will I receive my reading?

All readings are delivered as an audio recording, which will be sent to the email provided on file. If you do not provide an email, I will attempt to reach out to via the cell phone number provided. If neither contact methods are provided, you will have up to 5 business days after the reading was due to reach out to me regarding the reading. If I DO NOT RECEIVE anything FROM you, the reading will be forfeited without refund.

What is the current refund policy?

Currently we have a no refund policy. The only case that a refund would be offered is if I am going to be late sending you your reading due to an emergency. In this case, I will reach out to you prior to the deadline and offer you either a full refund or the opportunity to add an additional question to your reading. 

What happens if I forget to include my contact information?

If you forget to submit your contact information, you will have up to 5 business days after your reading was due to reach out to me regarding the reading. If I do not receive anything from you, the reading will be forfeited without refund.
